Very nice stay, as always. Absolutely great venue, amazing food, marvellous location on howoften one could use the themed restaurants. Reasonably large and quiet rooms with a view, and clean pool. A minibar and a large closet — very useful. Amazingly helpful and genuinely helpful staff during our stay.

A perfect romantic escape! We loved the secluded and quiet location, just a short stroll away from the pristine beach. The private breakfast option was a nice touch and the pool area with its own entertainment staff was just fantastic. We especially enjoyed the delicious dinner options at the buffet restaurant, always fresh and varied.

Although we expected an "adults-only" stay, there were a few children around, especially at the pool. , the limited vegan options made it a bit hard to enjoy our meals.

Rooms, pool, beach, excellent restaurants, friendly staff. The complex is beautifully laid out and even the kids have their own pool in the kids club.

We had an excellent room in the Hacienda. The beach was beatiful and the resort was very clean and well kept

The beach is beatiful. The pool and common areas are ok. It is located close to PLaya del Carmen Town (5 u$ taxi)

The bedrooms are not so clean. We found a chips package open inside of the desk, I asked houskeeping and reception to remove it.. several times. They never did. The bedroom smelled horrible. Terrible Humidity .. I did not feel comfortable in the bed. Yhe sheets and cover did not look very clean. The hotel is big (my room was 10 minutes walk from the beach and area where everythings is going on). The food was bad. Not variety, poor quality. The reservation system for dinner did not work.. and even in the "best" restaurants the food wasnt good enough.

The beach was enjoyable, with plenty of things to do and various bars. the nightly performances were fantastic, worth going to even if you're not in the mood. the room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the pool, which was open late and perfect for a quick dip after a long day of wandering.

The room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly, as there were a few missed spots the cleaners should have taken care of. the food left something to be desired, particularly at the Italian and Mexican grill restaurants.

This hotel is perfect for couples and families! There are plenty of fun activities to enjoy, and the atmosphere is great for making new friends. The 24/7 room service is a fantastic convenience. The beautiful beach is also a major highlight, with its stunning views and clear waters.

Minor improvements could be made, such as providing snacks in the all-inclusive package and having a more varied menu for room service throughout the day.

Hotel short in staff. Check-in and check out took a long time. Reservation for restaurant has penalty when go with a group.

Our second trip here and will return. Beautiful grounds, gorgeious beach,and all the staff is super. Can't say enough good things about the resort. Would highly recommend it to anyone Some friends have already gone and feel the same way. Great place for families to get together, with lots of acitivies for all ages.

I prefer the Fantasia buffet to the gourment restaurants. Feel the service is superior and you can choose what you want. For cooking in the quantities they have to prepare is excellent. My daughter's birthday fell on one of our days there and they made a wonderful birthday cake for her and sang Las Mananitas.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the beach perfect for adults only, clean facilities, ample breakfast selection and attentive staff in all restaurants.

They made good drinks and the food were pretty good if you don't mind eating in the heat. Shows were decent. Some staff were nice.

We stayed on the first floor and the room smell like mold and damp. Our unworn clothes from the trip smell like mold. After one wash with tide & bounce, they still have the slight mold smell. Water was leaking from the shower light (not very safe) & toilet ceiling. I reported, but nothing was done. Hotel was pretty booked and so they didn't have a new room to offer me. On my last day, I ordered food from room service. They never came. I called them 4 times and they kept telling me that it is coming. After 2.5 hrs of waiting, I gave up & had to leave for airport. The place was hot even in an air condition buffet area. We did not enjoy eating there because it was so hot. About 75% of the staff were rude & not friendly.
